EGYPT. Alexandria. Hadrian, 117-138. Drachm (Bronze, 34 mm, 25.94 g, 12 h), RY 21 = 136/7. ΑΥΤ ΚΑΙC ΤΡΑΙΑΝ ΑΔΡΙΑΝΟC CЄB Laureate, draped and cuirassed bust of Hadrian to right, seen from behind. Rev. L - K-A Zeus reclining left on eagle with spread wings standing facing, head to left, holding patera in his right hand and scepter in his left. Dattari (Savio) 7816 = RPC III online 6221.4 (this coin). Emmett 1069.21. K&G 32.746. Extremely rare for this regnal year. A beautiful piece with a very attractive reverse. Minor flan cracks, otherwise, nearly very fine.
